My Personal Address Book
My Personal Address Book is an easy to use address management system. It simplifies keeping track of your addresses, and yet provides many powerful features that allow you to perform functions such as printing various size address books (sized for systems such as Day Timer), printing envelopes addressed to the people in your address book, printing labels addressed to the people in your address book, and sending e-mails to the people in your address book. In addition, with My Personal Address Book you can get a map and driving directions to the addresses in your address book, and you can display a reminder list of upcoming birthdays and anniversaries.
The user interface is designed to provide ease of use when entering new records or updating existing records. Data entry is done on the primary window, so you can add and update records without having to jump from one screen to another. You can also generate an e-mail request or a driving directions request from the same primary window. E-mail requests and driving directions requests can be made to either the person's home or work location.
Licensing Options:
There are two licensing options for the application.
The standard, or adware option, provides the features needed to write and maintain your address book.
- An unlimited number of address books to hold your address information. For example, you can have a book for your personal contacts, a book for your business contacts, a book for restaurants in your area, etc.
- You can print your address book using five standard sizes.
- You can e-mail people directly from My Personal Address Book. The program will launch your e-mail application.
- You can generate driving directions to an address in your address book. The program will launch the Windows Map application.
- You can print envelopes for one or multiple contacts in your address book.
- You can print labels for the contacts in your address book. (As of release 15)
- You can password protect your address book and require logging in before the application can be used.
The premium license is an annual subscription and provides all of the features listed above plus:
- You can use OneDrive to store your address book, and to share it among multiple devices.
- You can encrypt your address book data.
